September...13 - 30

Even though the Calendar is heading towards Fall, we are still having extremely

warm weather in the South. It's still hot, but at least the humidity is lower.

If you've ever been in the South on the East Coast, you know what humidity really is.

Summers here are like a steam room at the gym. Thank the LORD for A/C!

And that is no joke! Mine fritzed about three times over the hot Summer,

and believe me, it was NOT fun!

I snapped this drowsy bee pollinating down by the pond.

There were several of them and the buzzzzing

was quite audible.

When the humidity is lower in the early days of Fall,

The Sunsets are really spectacular! 

The sun rays are much more visible in the drier air.

Zeke really has a hard time being outside during the Summer

beacause of the heat and humidity,

so he's really lovin the weather these days.

He can actually lay out in the Sun for long periods of time.

He loves it when it nice and temperate.
