...Take Me Home Country Roads...

144/365 ♦ Untitled

Lovely Light

Spanish Moss on Crepe Myrtle
Still Standing

I'm not sure what this tree is, but the blossoms on it were gorgeous.
The bees and butterflies thought so too..

Shut Out

In an earlier post I stated that the pictures of a Marsh Creek, which is really Black Creek..
were taken at Williamson Bridge.
I was wrong...I know, hard to believe isn't it..
But this is actually Williamson Bridge. I had been to the Marsh and to Williamson Bridge in the Fall of 09 and somehow I had made the mistake of getting the two locations confused. In my defense, they are both bridges... just on two different Roads..
.. in two different Counties.
Having spent most of my life in California, I will quit with the History lesson of the South...

I do however, know that this is a Mimosa Blossom.
and this is a weed...

I found them growing by the Black Creek Bridge.
